Cost leader ship strategy is one of the three basic strategies, which was very important for many companies all over the world, but they are facing more and more hard time in21st century, especially most of company in China, which are cost leader ship company. Find out the strategic opportunities and threatens of cost Leadership company in current situation by a strategic study of a typical cost leader ship company--SBC Company. Discuss about the difference between the company who adopt cost leadership strategy and differentiated strategy, especially in organization culture, structure and mindset of employees, as well as how those factors affect strategic change. Given SBC case as a example, try to solve the strategic change problem by strategic preparation, bounce and benefit plan, employee development plan, re-organization and re-shape the core culture.
