With the continuous development and progress of China's overall economy and under the current economic trend of globalization and informationization,enterprises are in a very complicated environment,and at the same time they are facing more and more competition and challenges.Traditional business ideas and management models are unable to adapt to the ever-changing new environment,and the drastically changing environment forces companies to constantly seek for survival through change.In this paper,literature review,questionnaire survey,interviews,qualitative analysis and many other methods are used.What's more organizational change and other related theories are used in it.Taking XH company's SnowWay organizational reform as an example to describe the practice process of organizational change in detail,this paper provides a comprehensive analysis for the resistance to change by using interviews and questionnaires.It also summarizes cognitive resistance barriers,emotional resistance barriers,resistance barriers in ability and resistance barriers in implement that this type of companies may encounter in organizational change.In the paper,the change is proposed to sufficiently communicate to strengthen and support the organizational change.Employees are empowered to form team autonomy to gain core competitiveness.The role of team leadership is given full play to form the resultant force of organizational change;Continuous change and other improvement strategies achieve the ultimate goal of change quality improvement strategy.The research conclusion of this paper can provide practical guidance and suggestions for the organizational reform of the SnowWAY of XH company,and also provide some reference for the development of enterprises with similar experience in the organizational reform process.
