Along with the economic globalization deepening, the enterprise internal and external challenges also deepens unceasingly, the modern enterprise must grasp of the condition in detail, and the change of external environment to make timely and accurate analysis, and the pressure from the enterprise internal and external conditions change, forced enterprises to change current situation., however, is the present domestic enterprises, many enterprises in the face of internal and external problems are failed to deal with, and even had no idea that or slow, lead to enterprise cannot survive, many companies went bankrupt. Investigate its fundamental, one of the most important one of the reasons is that the enterprise can’t from the perspective of strategic analysis of enterprise internal and external conditions, every enterprise has its own characteristics, these characteristics influence the enterprise strategic change. Therefore, with the aid of corporate gene theory put forward by the genetic biology theory for studying enterprise characteristics and operating mechanism of the research is of great importance. Timely and effective strategic change is key to the fate of the enterprise change, but the strategic change requires according to every enterprise has its own situation, from the perspective of corporate gene to analyze the strategic change, to be able to know what are the elements of strategic transformation for enterprises, each enterprise according to their own to help enterprises to make effective changes, therefore, this article from the perspective of corporate gene these problems systematically expounded, and put forward the solution, hope to the study of subsequent problems related to have certain reference value.In this paper, the main content is divided into five parts, the first in the preface of this article made a brief overview of the research background and research significance, highlight the purpose of this paper studies the causes and study, the research methods on the foreword part has made detailed instructions, at the same time, the innovation of this article is mainly from the perspective of corporate gene research, and establish the model assumption, and give theoretical research proves that the deficiency lies in the lack of empirical analysis.The first chapter, the article involves the related theory is summarized, mainly is the strategic change theory, gene theory, resource ability theory, the relationship between defined in this paper, we study the genes including the enterprise system of enterprises, enterprise technology genetic gene, enterprise culture and entrepreneurship. Enterprise strategic transformation theory research at home and abroad, has been relatively mature, from the genetic perspective to analysis enterprise strategic change, less current related information.The second chapter, defined in this paper, the research of enterprise genes, including the structure of the carrier of corporate gene(DNA), double chain model is built and the four bases, enterprise system gene, enterprise technology, enterprise culture gene and entrepreneurs in four aspects.The third chapter, based on enterprise strategic change mechanism of gene, including enterprise strategic change in the diagnosis of mechanism, enterprise strategic change replication mechanism, enterprise strategic change restructuring and enterprise strategic change mutation mechanism.The fourth chapter, according to the analysis of strategic change based on the theory of the corporate gene countermeasures and Suggestions.Finally, the article studies some deficiencies and defects, and hopes to improve in subsequent research.
