When alteration turns to normal issues, it is a truth that most corporations should face unpredictability and traditional operation rules will be influenced by indetermination of environment, which makes all the previous proposes useless More and more corporations start to think about their future They suppose it will be total different one or two decades later by comparing with the current situation They find that they should make decisions now to face the future alteration and competitionThis article is based on a concept of 'Interacted by the progress of time, strategic changing is a serial procedure in the process of development of organization, production and policy Through analyzing detail data and combining knowledge of strategic changing corporation transformation, transformational leadership and vision change, the author did an effective analysis of transformation process of Digital Kodak In order to enrich the content of the study and bring in more general reference value, the artical also selected IBM strategic transformation as side study.The aim of this article is to illuminate national corporations who try to rebuild themselves to survive from existent crisisThere are four parts in the article First of all, the author explains the theories of strategic changing, corporation transformation, transformational leadership and vision change Secondly, combining the knowledge of management of crisis, transformational leadership and vision change , the author analyzes the transformation process of Digital Kodak deeply Thirdly, brief analysis of IBM's transformation;Finally, based on above analysis,the author draws a conclusion to illuminate national corporations...
