The Case Study On Production Workshop Performance Management For Alpha Alcohols Factory Of Jilin Petrochemical Company

Performance management is the core of modern enterprise human resource management problems. Effective performance management can improve the performance of employees, thereby, which can further increase the performance of enterprises, can always make the work behavior of employees keep consistent with the enterprise’s strategic target and becomes the dynamic source of the enterprise duration development. It is attached importance to the establishment of an effective performance examine system by domestic enterprises. In order to realize the enterprise strategy so much the better, this has become an important issue in the management of petrochemical enterprises, research on how to integrate the enterprise strategy with the performance management system of enterprise by the numbers, how to optimize the performance of the petrochemical enterprises.This article mainly studies the performance management cases of production workshop of the Alpha Alcohols Factory of Jilin Petrochemical Company, aiming at the existing problems including the unreasonable evaluation index formulation, weak execution and assessment, disjunction between organizational performance and individual performance, weak incentive utility, difficult assessment data evaluation and so on. Based on above-mentioned the problems, this article puts forward the basic thought of the performance management system founded on cost management, constructs the efficient network performance management system, launches the team performance optimization management to control the manufacturing cost, which is cost leading strategy as the core, integrating the benchmarking management and key performance index methods, using the PDCA cycle as the basic means, applying the team performance management system to realize the OEC performance management, which effectively overcomes the shortcomings of the original performance management, optimizing the production workshop performance management smoothly, formatting a reasonable and orderly pattern of cost control.This paper has applied the research results, the optimization method based on the team cost of production workshop of performance management, to of Jilin Petrochemical Company, and obtained the optimization performance management achievements of Alpha Alcohols Factory in the second quarter of2014. Results show that the system can effectively combine the enterprise strategy with performance, and provide the train of thought and method of guidance for the plant to implement effective performance management, which has a strong reference reality.
