Today, more and more enterprises adopt the pattern of team because of keen competition and incompletable information. These enterprises hope to adapt to the constantly changeable external environment with teams which are regarded as a flexible organization pattern. Many enterprises have taken a pattern with fast,level and multi-functional teams from the grade-organization which are control-directional and function-divided. After a large number of enterprises have taken the teamwork, an unavoidable question is to construct the scientific team performance management system. This text does researches on this problem.This text mainly takes researching approaches of drawing lessons from relevant theories and theoretical research combined with positive research. First of all, this text systematically expatiates the importance and theoretical foundation of constructing team performance management system. Secondly, this text divides team performance management system into team performance support subsystem, team achievement management subsystem, team soft performance management subsystem from the angle of systematic thinking. To the team performance support subsystem, this text does researches from several parts such as team salary,team task and quality analysis,team member's choosing and disposing.team's outside environment. To the team achievement management subsystem, this text carries on some exploratory analysis regarding PDCA circulatory system as method from four stages of achievement management subsystem. So that the team achievement management subsystem formed after adjusting accords with the need of effective team management. To team soft performance management subsystem, this text studies mainly from constructing team psychological agreement and forming studying team. Finally, this text does preliminary researches to the team performance management in forestry enterprises of our nation. Moreover,taking Shanghai LN furniture Ltd. Co. as an example, this text analyzes the question in its team performance management system and discusses how to establish scientific team performance management system.Through analyzing, this text comes to some conclusions.
