Management Game (short for MG) is one of the Capstone courses which is run by Carnegie Mellon University. MG is based on an internet interact simulation system and constructs a multinational, dynamic and competitive environment. MG course is same value as traditional thesis which included both the oretics and practices. In MG environment, each company will be operated for three years. The entire software environment contains several seprated worlds, each worlds included five international companies have two factories lived in different country, and produce two types of wrist watches with different quality. The products will be saled to six major retailing markets, which are Japan, Mexico, China, UK, Germany and US. The company management included strategy plan, marketing, production, financial, human resource, research and development.This thesis’theory basis is based on the theory, conception and method of MBA and combined with related documents. This thesis is to deeply research and learn the theory of production strategy plan. The research is based on the recent three years (2011-2013) production practice of watch brand GT-C with high quality under MG environment. From the history data and production theory, we analysis the operation situation, the decision of competitors and the behavior of customers to conclude forecast, and then launch, execute and adjust the production strategy plan to achieve targets. The main content includes production environment analysis, the production strategy chose, and the production execute.
