Studies Of Government Behaviors In The Process Of Chinese Resource-dependent Economic Transition

In the process of industrialization and urbanization, resource development stations has been greatly concerned. A large number of resource-dependent cities formed gradually along with the resource exploited. While when the resource run out, resource-dependent cities had to choose economic transition. Now these cities in China are facing so many problems, that it is difficult to resolve these difficulties only rely on market mechanisms. Thus, the government intervention is needed. But the Resource-dependent city government is not perfect, In the economic restructuring, the government will make mistakes such as the alienation of government authority, the fragmentation of the urban management system, the central government and local government conflict, high consumption and inefficient government administration, etc. And those behaviors should be optimistic.For this reason, In the paper I choose resource-based city government behaviors as the main target, and trying to find out the problems and causes in the government behaviors.In the paper, I provide some suggestions from clearing the principles of government action, defining the scientific of government functions and strengthening the economic support systems to make the city government behavior more perfect. The final purpose is to provide a reference to improving the behaviors of resource-dependent city government.
