Lean production, it also called " A kind of production system which don’t do non-value-added activities ". The essentiality of lean production is one kind of production management technique, which can highly reduce waiting time, change over time, inventory, low quality, unqualified supplier, product development design cycle and bad performance. The core concept of lean production is to eliminate waste. Lean production combined the advantage of large scale production and single piece production model. It pursue to realize varieties and high quality at low cost, in the meantime with high production volumes.The article briefly introduces the origin, business philosophy. It also introduces the framework of lean production which presented by "Toyota House".Introduces the technical support system of lean production which include quality insurance, JIT, supplier cooperation and respect for people. On the whole of the lean production to do a more comprehensive overview.The article focus on the implementation program design for M company lean production according to current situation of operation management and market competition situation. The main contents are as follows:(1) It elaborates the necessity of lean production implementation in M company under current market competition situation,through the analysis of company current operation management situation and existence problems. And then it brings forward the guidelines and objectives for M company lean production implementation.(2) The lean production system design for M company,which include5S management, visual management, standardization operation, TQC management, KANBAN management, SMED design, multi-skill operator and total employees involved in continuously improvement,etc.(3) The lean production implementation plan design for M company which include organization structure, training program, implementation stage arrangement, performance evaluation system and encourage methods,etc.(4) It elaborates the problems which be met during M company lean implementation and the corresponding solutions.In the end of the paper, the author makes summarize for the study and draw the outlook for M company lean production implementation.
