M Company Lean Production Implementation Program Design

Lean production, it also called " A kind of production system which don’t do non-value-added activities ". The essentiality of lean production is one kind of production management technique, which can highly reduce waiting time, change over time, inventory, low quality, unqualified supplier, product development design cycle and bad performance. The core concept of lean production is to eliminate waste. Lean production combined the advantage of large scale production and single piece production model.
