At present,with China’s economic growth is slowing down,the enterprises face greater pressure.The enterprises need to continue to strengthen their own management in order to enhance their competitiveness.As one of the most important resources,the quality of human resources directly determines the competitiveness of an enterprise.As an important part of human resource management,performance appraisal is of great significance for the recruitment,daily management,training and so on.However,at present,there are still many problems in the performance appraisal of many enterprises,which have a negative impact on the improvement of human resource management.This paper takes X Company as an example,and it use the literature analysis,case analysis,and investigation,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis methods to research the combination of the company’s common staff performance appraisal system optimization.This paper first introduced the basic situation of X Company common staff management,including staff composition and staff management.For the management of staff,it mainly from the recruitment of common staff management and daily management of common staff to introduce.Secondly,it analysis the X Company common employee performance appraisal status.Based on introducing the performance appraisal system of X Company common employee,it analyzes the existing company’s current performance appraisal process problems,and the causes of these problems are described.Then,it brought forward the X Company common employee performance appraisal scheme.On the basis of follow the scientific,universal and comprehensive principles,from the performance evaluation index to determine the index weight,performance appraisal and performance appraisal scoring results application,it put forward X Company common employee performance appraisal scheme.Finally,this paper puts forward the X company common employee performance appraisal implementation and safeguard measures.For the implementation of the performance appraisal program,this paper analyzes the two aspects of performance appraisal and the specific implementation of the assessment program.For the safeguard of the performance evaluation program,it put forward the specific measures to improve the common employee management level,improve the performance appraisal organization,and strengthen the communication in the process of performance appraisal.On this basis,the new scheme and the original program were compared and analyzed.Through comparison and analysis,the new scheme has improved greatly in terms of index selection,weight determination,scoring objectivity and application of results. |
