The high-risk industry，especially in the the risky and chemical production enterprises，there are many accidents occurring frequently，which has brought people the irrevocablyloss.Thus，we should take all-round measures to treat comprehensively. Insurance is one offour pillars of safety production，although it is already popularized in the aspect of socialinsurance policy，there is low rate of full coverage and the limitation of compensation. So isthe accident prevention.So once there is some accidents happened in the risky and chemicalproduction enterprises，the loss will make the enterprises get into trouble.However，thecompensation can’t save the enterprises. So that we could introduce commercial insurance tothe field of high-risk industries to transfer the risk and exert the risk management approachesto avoid， control risk and prevent.we had better improve the system of insurance graduallyin order to achieve the goal of safe and sustainable development in the later study andpractice.This paper mainly focuses on the analysis of the risk of hazardous chemicals productionenterprises and deals with the risky and manageable arrangement according to the results，andthe risk are well managed and suitable risk evaluation modes can be selected aiming atdifferent characteristics of risk and different kinds of insurances，and then corresponding risk can beevaluated and insurance mode can be selected.As a result，the results of risk evaluation andinsurance mode can be connected closely. It not only benefits us that the business risk can beanalyzed from the perspective of insurance and more suitable and direct insurance modes canbe brought up but also the insured quality will be improved. What’s more，it is beneficial forthe enterprises to learn their own risk，it also lays a solid foundation for their all-round riskymanagement.
