Research On The Construction Of Foreign Trade SME Strategic Alliance

In recent years,SME in China has been developing rapidly. The total has accounted for more than90%of the total number of enterprises in our country. It plays an impotant role in the national economy and foreign trade export and the type of foreign trade of SME accounted for the vast majority of SME. But in front of the increasingly intense market competition, it caused unprecedented difficulties to our country SME to export because of external price of raw materials and artificial cost rise sharply, the appreciation of the RMB, the deficit of external demand, foreign trade protectionism and other unfavorable factors and the restrictions of SME’s management level and technical level. For foreign trade SME within the industry cluster, although the effect of trade situation under the influence of industrial agglomeration effect has improved,it still faces enormous challenges and threats, facing the increasingly serious international market environment, it requirements SME in our country to have a combination of rapid sensitive strain capacity, high ability to resist risks, and competitive advantage based on the international market. But for single SME in China, that is impossible to achieve in the short term. Therefore we urgent need to find a way to solve the foreign trade trouble of the SME.Taking the SME of foreign trade as the research object, this article mainly studied the problem to solve the dilemma of foreign trade through building strategic alliances. Firstly, this paper summarized the strategic alliance in general, and discussed its construction mechanism. And then by the case of Hai Ning SME of leather in the industrial cluster solving the problem of its foreign trade dilemma specific through building strategic alliance, it can analyzes that:the development status, the feasibility of constructing strategic alliance, the building path of strategic alliance, the focus and direction of development of the alliance. The study have an important practical significance to promote the development of the industry cluster of SME in our country, promote the progress of strategic alliance, and guarantee the development of the foreign trade SME in our country even the whole SME healthy and orderly. Through the study of this article I expect it can give some guidance to the future strategies, development path and direction of foreign trade SME of our country.
