In the recent years, the strategic environmental policy theory, the most practical theory in the issues of trade and environmental questions, is the research focus of international economics。The strategic environmental policy theory, originateing from the strategic trade policy theory, is a practical appliance under the restraint of free trade and in the background which the government seek for some conventional shift-rent policy instruments。Its essence is that the government make use of the environmental policy instruments, such as tariff, subsidy, emission standard, and emission tax, etc.。to carry on the interventions to the international trade, to make the trade deviate the traditional superior environmental policy(Pigouvian tax), to attain to shift the rental and maximize strategic purpose of native benefitS。Period in the current history, from the strategic environmental policy theory, inquirying into the influences exerted by the thoery in the foreign trade of our agricultural product and putting forward corresponding the counterplans, have the important and realistic meaning for speeding up the our agriculture development, and establishing the environment-friendly, harmonious new society。The strategic environmental policy theory, based on economies of scale, imperfect competition and market economy, explain the phenomena commendably of the foreign trade of our agricultural product。This thesis is commencing from the academic discussion of the environment-trade relationship, carrying on the review and overviews to the related theories, then stressing to introduce the western strategic environmental policy theories, and analyzing their applicabilities at the agricultural product international trade。Taking this as the background, combining with difficulty met in China's agricultural product foreign trade, the writer set up a standard environment model and an ecosystem label model respectively, and analysis qualitatively the trade mechanism that strategic environment policy exert on agricultural products, and explain the mechanism on the ground of China's import and export data concerned。Finally, the writer put forward some strategic and substantial suggestions that China should adopt to deal with the western strategic environmental policy。...
