New Life Inc (XSH) is a set of production, sales in one of the industrial company, ithas been nearly20years of history from the first cosmetics factory was established in1994in Shenyang, it has made rapid development for10years after years of carefulmanagement, from sales of less than0.7billion in2005to reach1.2billion in2008, andcontinue rapid growth at the rate of20%every year, but its growth began to slow down in2009, and then exceeded1.3billion in2011, it went into a stable stage and no growth onthe next a few years, the negative growth in2012even. in fact the new Life Inc like manyrapid development of enterprises, the enterprise development began to appear "bottleneck",this "bottleneck" is not only reflected in the marketing, sales, human resources, production,logistics, but also a management factors in enterprise strategies. So how to find theseproblems and carry out an overall analysis, how to proposes strategic planning and newsolutions from the strategic level, and developed to solve the problems of organizationstructure, performance and incentive system from the perspective of human resourcesmanagement, effectively make the strategy plan can be implemented step by step, is ofgreat significance to the new Life Inc.In this paper, take the global economic crisis and the Chinese government encouragesthe industrial economy development as the background, starting from the researchsignificance, research methods, research content and the logical frame and the innovation,analyzed human resources management theory and the present situation of Chinese andforeign human resources management, formulated the research method based on thedevelopment of New Life Company, used the SWOT method to analysis the developmentsituation and existing problems of the new Life Inc, and puts forward the human resourcemanagement scheme based on the analysis results of New Life Inc.
