In the resources owned by the bank, the branch network as a service window, it is not only the greatest customer service platform, the product sales platform, but also the most effective customer relationship maintenance platform, how to follow the market and customer needs more effective, play a major role,,enhance the performance greatly and enhance its overall competitiveness, is currently a common issue faced by every bank. In order to further enhance the effectiveness, in recent years some banks conceptualized retail customers as major recipients, carried out exploration and practice of retail transition, maked great efforts in branch network from transaction processing to marketing service type, and achievements have been made. But most of the domestic network’re through with personal business and corporate banking, retail networks on absolute sense is little, so if you are only part of a comprehensive implementation of the retail network in transition, there will be some problems in the transformation of integrity evidently. Recent years, because corporate banking and private business transformation can not be synchronized on the transformation of retail banks,have been gradually exposed to the weakening of thecorporate banking, the uneven distribution of network resources and many other issues,.Ttherefore the author makes transition of AB Bank as an example, according to analysing the results achieved and problem and focusing on how to solve the problem by surveys analysis, literature research, and other methods to learn from the experience, in-depth research, at last he carrys out a comprehensive transformation of business outlets, From some points of the strategy and specific measures in terms of management systems, resource management, business processes, integrated marketing, assessment mechanisms, product innovation, and so on.
