Research On Network Transformation Of ICBC H Branch In The Background Of Intelligent Banking

The rapid growth of China's economy has driven the rapid development of the banking industry,and commercial banks have maintained a rapid development momentum in such an economic environment.However,the innovation of business models and the continuous advancement of technology have brought about tremendous changes in the environment faced by commercial banks,and the demand for banks in society has also changed.Therefore,the existence of outlets as the most basic level of the banking industry is also facing an unprecedented situation and transformation.Under the new circumstances,how to smoothly realize the transformation of our bank's banking outlets to the next generation of new outlets has become an urgent research topic.This paper introduces the theoretical basis,connotation and characteristics,constituent elements and evaluation of commercial bank physical network transformation,and aims to study the transformation of commercial bank outlets based on a new perspective.This paper mainly describes the related impacts of smart banking on the transformation of small and medium-sized outlets in the banking industry,such as the changes in bank position setting and the gap between the existing knowledge structure of outlets and the knowledge structure required for work.Data from the changes in the structure of outlets or the changes in the knowledge structure of personnel caused by changes in Internet technology are used to reflect the changes in information technology to traditional finance.And to simply reflect on the reasons,not to have a fear of smart banks,nor to hang on in traditional finance,to integrate the traditional financial risk control advantages and the speed and popularity of smart banking.Finally,how to respond to the new situation by bank outlets and related practitioners,and put forward some possible suggestions in the new situation.
