Food industry occupies a pivotal position in the world economy, in today’s market environment, how to stand out from a large number of enterprises and products, to high quality and low price advantage to seize the market, is that each food enterprises face major problems. Customers demand personalization and diversification of traditional mass production cannot cope with, mass customization production model came into being, which meet customer demands for mass customization combined with traditional mass production efficiency and cost, for a low cost, high efficiency to meet customer demand, mass customization becomes food enterprises to respond to the new market environment requires the use of production mode.
