The changes of land use structure and type would impact the appropriate changes ofecosystem services value(ESV).Based on the Constanza ’s ecosystem services value theoryand using the coefficients advanced by Xie Gao-di and co-works, who made a table listing theESV of unit area in land ecosystem and providing the average unit price of ESV in China,thispaper analysed the Spatial-temporal changes of land use and examined their effects on thespatial-temporal changes of ESV. Also, this paper used Gray Association and Correlationanalysis to calculate the correlation between the land use type,land use structure and ESVquantitatively.The result shows that the area of cultivated land, woodland and construction landincreased from2001to2011. And woodland increased most,to27127.58hm~2, then thefarmland, increased by8814.53hm~2, and construction land increased by2717.04hm~2.The areaof grassland and unused land show the trend of sharp decline, decreased respectively32986.62hm~2and7466.45hm~2,and the change rate is4.84%and5.8%. During10years, theoverall level of development of the various land use types of Tongchuan City is about240,indicating a relatively high development level.There are obvious differences of land usedegree in the city, wangyi district has the biggest. The hot areas of cultivated land use changeare mainly concentrated in wangyi district, yintai district and yijun county. The variation ofconstruction land area in yaozhou district is larger than the whole region.The analysis of land use structure changes shows that land-use complex index,dominance index, evenness index and diversity index in Tongchuan City have almost nochange, just showing a small amplitude fluctuations, indicating that Tongchuan City and itsregional land use structure is gradually stabilizing. Through land-use combination of location,we can obtain that the combination of land use type in Tongchuan City is woodland, grasslandand cultivated land from2001to2011.And yaozhou district, yintai district and yijun countyhave the the same combination as Tongchuan City.But the combination of land use type ofwangyi district is woodland, cultivated land and construction land. The ESV in Tongchuan City shows an increasing trend, the total value of ecosystemservices increased by167.19million yuan,the overall rate of increase was5.02%, and thewoodland contributed most, its proportion increased from67.91%of2001to74.65%of2011.From the overall trend of the changes in the individual ecosystem service value, all items areon the rise,the largest increase focus on the raw materials, which increased by23.91millionyuan. The spatial difference presented that the total ESV in wangyi district, yaozhou district,yintai district and yijun county are all on the rise, and yintai district increased most. Yintaidistrcit annual change in ESV increased most, and then wangyi district, and yijun countyfollows, yaozhou district is the last. Also,the gross change of ESV in wangyi district andyintai district varies larger than Tongchuan City.We can obtain the correlation degree by using Gray system analysis method to analysethe relationship between land use changes and ecosystem service value.The result shows thatthe construction land and woodland affect most, the correlation degree is respectively0.9302and0.8953. It can be seen that the relationship between land use structure and ESV is a linearthrough Correlation analysis and Multiple linear regression analysis, the homogenization andthe increasing land use combination index will help improving the regional ecosystem servicevalue.
