Nowadays cellphone is become more and more important in our daily life. It not only as a tool for communicant, but also it becomes an information center and entertainment tool. It improves the efficiency to communicate; enrich people’s life, and extend the scope which we perceived.After2007, as the plan become, it leaded the result of the original major cellphone manufacturers have core technology has been rapidly widespread. Meanwhile, manufacturing cellphones is no longer as the bottleneck to restrict the small companies. In China, with many kinds of cellphone brands and manufactures appeared rapidly, manufacturing cellphones was no longer a complicated engineering, and it turned to a kind of streamline work. It broadened the scope for our choice, and it indirect prompted the famous brand of cellphone decrease their price, and it gave us more benefits. When the scope of our choice became broaden, the evaluate standard of cellphone which is turn from the cellphone is able to use to the quality of the cellphone and after-sales service.The two important components which decided if a cellphone can survive in the market are product quality and service quality. Of course, it not only these two components could decide if the cellphone is popular in the market, but it included user experience and some other components. The emphasis of this article is discussing the two components of cellphone which are product quality and service quality, and discuss the corresponding of solutions.Foxconn is the world’s largest foundry company, and it also the Chinese largest cellphone manufacturing foundry company. The production characteristic of Foxconn can represent the status of manufacturing in China. The study of Foxconn can react more realistic of cellphone manufacturing, and put forward more suitable point. This article will use the Tianjin Foxconn company as the research object, and proceed from the company’s organization to framework, methods of management, operating status and product structure, then use8D、Fishbone diagram and survey to analysis the issues deeply, and to find the primary reason, combining with increase the product and service quality, to put forward reasonable suggestions.
