The analysis of relevant features about coverage of urban commercial center is an important part of the research on intelligent city,which can provide data support for the commercial layout planning and management personnel to formulate effective development strategies.At present,using public location data(such as cellphone signaling data,probe car GPS data,etc.)to analyze the coverage of commercial center has become one of the most popular research methods.The cellphone signaling has the advantages of wide coverage,large sample size,low acquisition cost and strong real-time performance.But there is still lack of using cellphone signaling data to systematic analyze on the features for coverage of commercial center.Relying on the "Public Data Model Development Service Based on Big Data of Chongqing Mobile Communication Company Limited" project,the features analysis model of coverage for commercial center based on the cellphone signaling data is built in this thesis,which achieves the definition of coverage areas and the analysis of the relevant characteristics.Firstly,by analyzing the crowd attributes and the consumers’ duration of stay and visiting times of the commercial center,a criteria for the consumer identification is proposed.The criteria identifies the consumers according to the duration of customer stays in the commercial center area and the number of effective visits during a period.Secondly,the features analysis model is designed in this thesis.By analyzing and studying the characteristics of mobile network coverage,the coverage marching of commercial center area and mobile network is completed.A method of consumer identification based on real-time signaling data flow is designed by using matching result and consumer identification criterion.According to the consumer identification results,defining the coverage areas based on the place of stay in the consumer trajectory.Then,through the research and analysis of the relationship between the attractiveness of the commercial center and the consumer attributes,the gender,age,attribution,transportation and so on are selected to present the features of consumer.And the classification,the directionality,the central clustering and the distance attenuation of the coverage areas are also selected to present the features of coverage.Then a method for identifying mobile phone user travel mode based on cellphone signaling data and navigation data is proposed in this thesis,and it is used to obtain the traffic features of consumer.Finally,Jiefangbei and Guanyinqiao of Chongqing city are choosed as the analysis objects,and the model is deployed in a Mobile Corporation’s data processing platform.The consumer information data of the commercial center are obtained by collecting and analyzing the mobile phone user’s signaling data.By using the data visualization method to analyze the coverage characteristics of two commercial centers.The results reveal that Jiefangbei is more attractive to the consumers from other places,while Guanyinqiao is more attractive to local consumers.The consumers in Guanyinqiao are younger.The core coverage areas are mainly concentrated around the commercial area,while the secondary coverage areas are obviously distributed along the track line.Compared with the working day,the consumer sources distribution of weekend is more dispersed,and the feature of distributing along the track line is more prominent.In conclusion,the analysis results of this model have strong practical value,It can provide more abundant data support for the accurate marketing and economical operation cost of commercial center.It also can provide reliable basis for urban commercial layout planning and commercial center management personnel to formulate long-term development strategy.At present,the results of the thesis have been applied to a data service platform in an operator and have obtained good application effect. |
