Research On State-owned Coal Enterprise Culture Construction

The 21^st century is a culture conquest era. With the development of the socialistmarket economy, the traditional management gradually can not meet the needs ofenterprise development. Facts have proved that enterprises competition is graduallychanging products competition into culture power competition. Enterprisemanagement is changing to the direction of culture management. Enterprise culture isplaying an increasingly important role in state-owned enterprises. The construction ofChinese enterprise culture began in the early 80s of the 20^th century. As it starts late,especially the renewal of concept will be a long process, even now there are still manyenterprises which do not know much theory about enterprise culture, not to mentionusing the right theory to guide enterprise culture construction. Therefore it is highlynecessary for us to take a further study and research about the construction of Chineseenterprise culture, either theoretically or practically. Regarding state-owned coalenterprise culture as the research subject and according to the enterprise cultureconstruction practice which has been carried out in Baizhuang Coal Mine, FeichengMinging Group, this paper systematically illustrates the important role thestate-owned coal enterprise culture construction is playing in the process of promotingreform and development of the enterprise. It is objectively analysed the currentsituation of the state-owned coal enterprise culture construction. The achievements areaffirmed and meanwhile the problems are also pointed out. This paper analyses thecauses of the problems and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, such ashow to do well in the state-owned coal enterprise culture construction, and how toproperly deal with the relationship between enterprise culture construction andproduction-operation, management system,etc. I hope this paper can be beneficial forfurther making a good job of the state-owned coal enterprise culture construction.
