State-owned enterprises,a vital cornerstone of the national economy,are the foundation of the Party and the state’s growth,as well as a significant material assurance.The significance of considering the significance and part of enterprise culture in contemporary corporate administration is paramount for furthering the reform of state-run enterprises.Since its establishment,AB Capital Management Co.,Ltd.has been playing an important role in capital operation,serving government strategy,safeguarding the general situation of the state’s economic development and completing special tasks.Due to the short establishment of the company,the corporate culture is in the stage of fragmentation and sporadic construction,which has not yet formed a distinctive,perfect system and corporate culture adapted to the requirements of the enterprise’s own development.As the main force to promote the economic development of the state,how to seize the opportunity of deepening reform of the state-owned enterprises,attach great importance to and actively establish the corporate culture system with its own characteristics,and on this basis develop and form the corporate values that match with the functional state-owned enterprises and are accepted by all employees,so that they can become the continuous driving force for the growth of the enterprises and the ideological driving force for the employees to advance towards the overall goal and interests,and inject strength for the development and provide effective spiritual support is imminent.Organizing domestic and foreign literature related to corporate culture construction research,this thesis applies the four-level structure theory of corporate culture,and examines the primary issues and sources of the corporate culture formation of AB Capital Management Company from four perspectives: spiritual,institutional,behavioral,and material.Questionnaires and interview data are utilized to do so.The thesis further proposes countermeasures to improve the original corporate culture from four aspects: strengthening and transmission of spiritual concept,improvement and perfection of system specification,leading and inheritance of behavior system,and building and upgrading of material foundation.The guarantee measures for the enhancement of corporate culture are proposed in terms of insisting on leadership attention to strengthen organizational guarantee,building assessment system to establish special funds,strengthening publicity and education to enhance employees’ sense of identity,and making good material guarantee to enhance employees’ sense of belonging.The thesis research has a positive effect on further improving the corporate culture of AB Capital Management Company,and also has certain reference value and significance for the construction of corporate culture of the same type of companies.
