Report on the 19 th CPC National Congress states,culture is soul of our country and nation.Our country will thrive only if our culture thrives,and our nation will be strong only if our culture is strong.As an important pillars and development forces of Chinese characteristics socialist economy,state-owned enterprises play a crucial role in promoting national modernization,economic and social development and protecting the common interests of our people.Corporate culture is the spirit support and inexhaustible power for healthy sustainable development of modern enterprise,to deepen reform of state-owned enterprises,and even for transformation and development of modern enterprises,it is required to value the importance and role of corporate culture for modern business management.As a resource-dependent and industrial mining city for years,fengfeng mining city contains rich mineral resources,it is called “the sea of coal,the center of porcelain and the city of cement”.Recent years,with the depletion of resources and the implementing measures of national policy which is capacity reduction and pollution control,our city implements a great development strategy “Transformation and Upgrading,Green Rise”,which aims to give full play for location and resources advantage.Against the background of the new normal of economy,our city is facing new opportunities and challenges for transformation and upgrading.Culture is the soul for the corporate,President Xi stressed many times,“state-owned enterprises are the main force for the developing of national economy”,one question we have to consider is how to establish and give full play of state-owned enterprises culture for our transformation and upgrading,thus brings inexhaustible motivation for our high-quality development.This article firstly uses measures of investigation and questionnaire statistical research,which analysis the current problems of state-owned enterprises in Fengfeng mining area and focus on the actual effectiveness of the corporate culture management system;Then learn the corporate culture management from three state grid branch companies: Pingxiang of Jiangxi,Tongchuan of Shaanxi,and Huaibei of Anhui,which are all resource exhausted cities,this brings inspirations for our construction of corporate culture.At last,this article proposes strategies and suggestions for improving cultural management capabilities of state-owned enterprises in Fengfeng mining areafrom four aspects: Strengthening strategic guarantees from corporeal perspective for corporate culture,improving the behaviour management which focus on improving talent training,establishing a sound system with trades security features,creating cultural spirit with our own characteristics. |
