After the founding of new China, Rural five guarantees system become along-term social security policy in rural areas, the elder of rural five-guarantees isone of the important groups of rural five guarantees. The quality of life of theelderly reflect the status of the implementation of the five guarantees system inChina and the improvement of the system of social security, and measure thenational life quality level of our country. The status of concentrated supporting forthe elder of rural five-guarantees can intensively embody the service level ofPension agency for vulnerable groups and the implementation of policy ascendingorder, promote concentrated support services to be more perfect, and create a moreharmonious environment for the elder of rural five-guarantees. The author mainlyinvestigate the living condition of the elder of rural five-guarantees supporting byconcentrating, and doing questionnaire and case interview to them, then analysisand evaluate the quality of life by the investigation to the groups’ physical,psychological and social support network and satisfaction degree. With the help ofgeracomium’ staff, using professional knowledge of social work and the conceptof "to help people to help themselves" design a scheme. Through the five activitiesincluding of "you and I","the health beside you and I","you stand by my side","shine you and I","you and I share ", the author hope to be able to raise awarenessto their demand for quality of life, establish peer support and build a social supportnetwork, finally realize the overall goal of improving the quality of them.
