Application Of Lean Production In The T Company

Enterprises are profitable for the purpose of social and economic organization, to maximize profits is the fundamental goal of the enterprise. In today’s highly competitive, due to the homogenization of products and services, resulting in improved business must be on their own for the production costs and product quality, to gain more profits. Lean production is the current time in the form of a popular and flexible production organization, the way according to changes in market demand, rapid and timely adjustment of production, rapid response to market changes, while relying on strict and meticulous management, elimination of all kinds of enterprises waste, thus reducing production costs, and ultimately corporate profit goals.Firstly, the theoretical foundation and basic implementation of lean production methods were introduced, after the company’s own characteristics for T analyzed using appropriate lean tools, and using this method for T companies are facing difficulties for analysis and production transformation. Steps to achieve this thesis:First T for common problems that exist in the production of enterprises using traditional lean tools to transform optimization; followed by the use of lean manufacturing combined with modern information technology, with the lean logistics management, production automation, information technology, effective combining innovative production in line with the transformation of the way T needs, to enhance the quality and efficiency of T business-critical production processes to enhance solutions.Around the implementation scheme of T enterprise, this paper has implemented the problem in the project and the transformation of experience. The achievements are mainly embodied in three aspects:one is in the whole process of quality management; two is to improve production efficiency by informatization; three is the implementation of the production process of whole process management by using the information in the production automation. In this paper, the practical problems and specific solutions to provide detailed case analysis.
