| The China’s 14 th Five-Year Plan is pointed out that it is necessary to adhere to industrialization and informational depth integration,deeply implement the intelligent manufacturing project,and build an advanced rail transit equipment manufacturing industry.Applying digital technology to the construction of lean production line can enhance the effectiveness of lean production.The construction evaluation of lean production line in the context of digitalization can timely discover the shortcomings of the production line,which is an essential link in the construction of production line in the context of digitalization.However,the research at this stage is mainly focused on the evaluation of lean production and digital construction,and the construction evaluation of lean production line in the context of digitalization is less concerned.In view of this,this thesis is based on the lean production line of rail transit equipment manufacturing enterprises in the context of digitalization.Firstly,A definition of the lean production line in the context of digitalization is made.From the planning of the production line,the construction of the production line,the operation of the production line and the optimization of the production line to build an architecture.After that,on the basis of the lean production and digitalization research,determine the construction evaluation indicators for lean production line of rail transit equipment manufacturing enterprises in the context of digitalization,including two first-level indicators,like foundation guarantee,lean operation,thirteen secondary indicators,like Organization,staff training,etc.And thirty-one three-level indicators,like leadership,system and mechanism,etc.Through the analysis of several common evaluation methods,this thesis chooses the ANP-TOPSIS method to construct an evaluation model,applies the ANP method to calculate the weight of each indicator,and uses the weightbased TOPSIS method to sort the evaluation objects.Finally,this thesis selects the enterprise T for example analysis to verify the effectiveness of the research results.The evaluation method proposed in this thesis can help rail transit equipment manufacturing enterprises understand the actual construction of their own lean production line in the context of digitalization,and it provides new ideas for the construction of production line of rail transit equipment manufacturing enterprises. |
