China into the first20years of the21st century is the key to our country from themanufacturer into a manufacturing powerhouse for20years.With the advantage of china’sdemographic dividend gradually disappear.An ageing population and labor costs increased,thelaw of the jungle of the market,demand more and more enterprise managementrefinement,enterprise management should pay more attention to cost quality delivery andservice.at the same time,the production and manufacturing cost estimation is more accurateand scientific.X company main business is for the sake of its parent company in the earlyyears of service,the operation cost and performance is not the operating focus.however as thebreadth and depth of market competition,X company to survive must be put on the marketinspection,all to the market rules operation.X company use their own handware advantagefrom the market order,short delivery,high quality,low cost is becoming a facing the problem ofX company,combing with a large number of literatures at home and abroad,in the machinerymanufacturing company X’S actual background,focus on use of lean thinking and lean toolsapplication of activity-based costing(ABC method),turn the product cost for each job centertools such as cost accounting method,the application of lean tools in the value streammap,basic industrial engineering methods to research a specific process flow,key influencingtheproduct price,manufacturing cycle(MCT),product proliferation ratio of reason and the mainfactors.At the Massachusetts institute of technology professor James P.womack.in the book“themachine that chage the world”,on the basis of the Toyata production system put forward theconcept of lean production.They think “lean production combines the best feature of massproduction and single production mode based on consulting a large number of documents andmaterials.According to the characteristics of the precision parts manufacturing company Xwill lean production process flow and homework cost method combining research.We expectcan figure out a set of reducing waste, control costs,improve order response,the method ofdecelopment and expansion for the X company provide some solution.From improving the actual situation of X company from equipment layout,office layoutchange,organization structure changr,order operation process changes to the productiondepartment personnel incentives such as comprehensive research to reduce costs,improvework efficiency,enhance enterprise competitive ability.The focus of their paper is study thescene of the production of lean production,lean tools and thinking is discussed in detail.how to application and improve at the scene of the homework.
