Study On Moderate Scale Operation Of Family Farms In Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

In the eighty s,with the implementation of the household contract responsibility system,the ownership and the right to the contracted management of land is fully opened,the business at this stage to obtain dominance of farm households,greatly improved the production enthusiasm of the broad masses of farmers,promote the development of agriculture.However,with the continuous development of economic society,market,accelerating the pace of urbanization,the agricultural production and operation mode,which formed in this system of agricultural production low profits,the shortcomings such as small scale,backward production level gradually,already cannot satisfy and adapt to the requirement of modern agriculture.Therefore,in the current environment for agricultural supply side structural reform,in view of the traditional agricultural management system reform and innovation,to reconstruct the new type of agricultural management main body,to speed up cultivating new type agricultural management main body,such as the family farm development moderate scale management has become the necessity of developing modern agriculture.Since 2013,the state has kept a high level of attention to the new type of agricultural business entities,such as family farms,and has been supporting the new type of agricultural business in the central one.In recent years,Inner Mongolia autonomous region all kinds of farming and animal husbandry operators to get certain development,family ranches development is rapid,but overall,the family farm of small size,low quality,the low level of scale operation.This paper is divided into seven parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly elaborates the background,purpose,significance,research idea and research method of family farm scale operation.The second part is the review of the research,expatiates the research achievements of domestic scholars on family farm related theories,and summarizes and summarizes them.The third part is related concept and theory basis.This paper mainly introduces the concept of property right,organization and system of family farm and the theory of land circulation and moderate scale operation,which lays a theoretical foundation for the article.The fifth part is the family farm scale management obstacles,from 8 city in Inner Mongolia autonomous region,according to the development of municipal family farm,the extraction of a county is analyzed,a total of eight counties,a total of 557 family farm.,sorting out the main reasons that hinder the scale operation of family farms,mainly include: land transfer,social services,land contract management and management disputes and other factors.Sixth part family farm scale management development countermeasures against problems,mainly include innovation of land circulation mechanism,improve the level of socialized service of agricultural production,improve agricultural mechanization level,land "finely" crack problem,strengthening policy support,perfecting standards,intensify fostering that family farm in seven aspects.The seventh part is the conclusion.
