Performance Management System Research On CAGT

With the acceleration of economic globalization, it is regarded as important researchsubjects by most domestic and foreign enterprises that how to build enterprise corecompetition and fully improve enterprise performance and realize sustainabledevelopment.The thesis develops from subject study background and emphasizes onresearch outcome and meaning and outlines research content, thought, methods andinnovation points. It is an overview of performance management system theories.Taking CAGT as an example, it analyzes CAGT’s basic situation and current status ofperformance management system in details and makes a diagnosis on currentperformance management. It points out three problems: unreasonable and unscientificperformance appraisal management system, unreasonable appraisal period, individualsubjective effects on performance appraisal. Then it emphasizes on enlightenment ofperformance management system to CAGT brought from similar domestic and foreignenterprises. On the basis of CAGT’s current situation, it elaborates design thinking andprocedures of performance management system. It designs out CAGT’s performancemanagement system which bases on CAGT’s balanced score card and resolvesperformance index to relative departments and workshops and then evaluates andimproves the performance results. Finally, it elaborates on measures taken to CAGT inorder to improve performance management system on three aspects: intensify control ofperformance management process, strengthen performance management propagandaand training and promote performance improvement of performance communication,which is of great value to other industrial enterprise design and implementation ofperformance management system.
