With the change of the economy environment, development of enterprises and diversity of staff, the requirements of modernized management are pressing gradually. Performance management, regarding as a key point of modernized management of enterprises, is attached importance by more and more enterprises. Via performance management, enterprises can assess and supervise the quota and output of departments and staff, in order to ensure the achievement of strategic goals of enterprises.In recent years, because of the fully competition of market dominated by combination of three networks, managerial problems of Company G are emerging. Those problems, including low efficiency and bureaucracy among departments, witness the necessity of pressing requirements of optimization of performance management system. In the policy of a network in one province, provincial company probably conduct united management to optimize the performance management system in the future, which is also beneficial to staff to adapt to the modernized management of enterprises as soon and overcome the transition after merging.Via the study of current situation of the performance of Company G, this thesis makes effort to propose a package optimization solution to performance management. The solution includes laying a foundation by reorganizing the organization and making the function of departments and jobs specific. Via the relationship with strategy of Company G, draw a roadmap, make sure the foundation of index set-up and apply some performance tools, such as BSC and KPI to set up performance index system, in order to ensure the achievement of strategic goals. At last, via the design of performance process, ensure realization of performance management system. This thesis is aimed to improve the performance management in practical method through the study and discussion of the optimizing process of performance management of Company G. In order to support the sustainable rapid growing of Company G in the severe competition market of three networks combination.
