With the development of market economy, the competition between enterprises has been developed from the era of strategy, market and technology into the era of talents. Now the core of human resource management is to introduce the new talents, develop and retain the existing talents. As the times change, the loss of staff in enterprises has been even more serious, which seems to have become a problem of human resources management and a pain of enterprise management.This paper has examined and analyzed the problems of human resources management in Jia Hua company, and come up with the following solutions:First, conduct an investigation among the former employees and current employees, then discuss it in various departments of the company to develop an improvement program to reduce the staff loss, and finally have had an implementation for nearly two years.JH company has decreased and got good results in a certain degree. I hope these measures can also play a referential role in private enterprises, service enterprises and manufacturing enterprises to control employee turnover.
