With the continuous development of economic, the scale enterprises is growing,the modern enterprise is no longer a single structure of economic organization, but anumber of economic units in the Commonwealth. The most representative is themother company in the form of enterprise groups as the basic organizational structure.As a large state-owned construction company, Jilin Xing hua Group Corporation,established as a link of the property relations company management model, it has twosubsidiary groups. The group company is not in charge of detailed business, the twosubsidiaries are responsible for real estate development and infrastructureconstruction. Jilin Xing hua Group Corporation gradually realized the scientificmanagement and control model is crucial to the long-term-development, Due to thecompany’s management can’t to keep up with the rapid development of enterprises,the company has not established a large state-owned construction companies formanagement and control mechanisms yet, causing the company to manage itssubsidiaries appeared too loose situation, to a certain extent, hinder the company’sdevelopment. This article looks at Jilin Xing hua Group Corporation subsidiaryaspect of the existence of control mechanisms for research, and strive to SchmidtGroup Corporation provides valuable Solutions subsidiary control mechanisms.Based on management, financial accounting theory and relevant state laws andregulations, a review of a large number of relevant literature, with my own in-depthstudy of the company to a subsidiary of the latest theories and practices ofmanagement and control, this article use of the comparative analysis method, the company’s subsidiaries control mode, combined with actual situation of Jilin Xinghua Group, in control mode selection and control modalities it puts forward someeffective suggestions for Jilin Xing hua Group Corporation. Framework of this paperis as follows: The first chapter is an introduction, introduces the basic researchwork,research background, significance, research methods and the content papersmainly; the second chapter introduces the present situation and problems control ofJilin Xing hua Group Corporation to the subsidiary. The third chapter introduces thecauses of the company’s subsidiaries control mode, control mode selection andAnalysis of the cause of the control for Jilin Xing hua Group Corporation to thesubsidiaries; fourth chapter introduces the optimize Countermeasures in controlmechanisms and provides the supporting methods of Jilin Xing hua GroupCorporation to subsidiaries.Through this study,we found that the control mode of Jilin Xing hua GroupCorporation to subsidiaries is not suitable for large-scale state-owned constructiongroup, resulting in the company’s management and control of the subsidiary loose,lead to weakening control group easily, the group does not meet the unifieddevelopment subsidiary Strategic phenomenon, affecting the long-term development.This thesis has practical significance to Jilin Xing hua Group Corporation, itanalyzes the problem of Jilin Xing hua group company control mechanism, putforward the optimization scheme and the solution countermeasure, and some effectivesuggestions to Jilin Xing hua Group Company to improve the company managementmechanism with extremely strong feasibility.
