Research On The Design Of Financial Control Scheme Of Kangqiao Group

Economic globalization is economic development to a certain stage of the product, the enterprise group is theinevitable choice of competition in the market economy. Enterprise group is a kind of important modern economicorganization form, plays a leading role in the contemporary economic development. Entered in twenty-firstCentury, the enterprise group of our country has entered a period of rapid development, has become a hot topic inthe control group, and the financial control is an extremely important component of enterprise management in all,become the research in. Financial management and control lag not to adapt to the rapid development andenterprise, is a common problem. China academic circles and industrial circles are actively exploring and research,in order to solve the problems encountered in the development process of the enterprise group.Shanghai Pudong Kangqiao (Group) Co. Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as: Kangqiao group) was established in1992July, is a Park Development Company, which belongs to the functional class of state-owned enterprise, ismainly responsible for the Kangqiao Industrial Park of26.88square kilometers of land development andconstruction. After20years of development, Kangqiao group showed the characteristics of large scale, businessdiversification, multi-level organizational structure, member enterprises transregional etc., which brings greatchallenges to the financial management and control. Financial management and control situation is difficult toadapt to the fast development of the enterprise group. It is in this context, the author studied the Kangqiao groupfinancial management and control.In this paper, the Kangqiao group financial control as the research object, along the "find the problem--analysis problem--solve problem" thought. This paper first reviewed the domestic and foreign financial controlresearch using literature research method; and then the financial management status of Kangqiao Group in-depthanalysis, found that construction of accounting information, funds management, budget management, risk earlywarning and other problems; secondly, puts forward the design of Kangqiao group financial control scheme,namely the establishment of accounting information system, financial management system, constructionconstruction of the budget management system, the construction of risk early warning system; followed by "threestrengthening"(strengthen the accounting team construction, strengthen the internal audit management, strengthenthe construction of internal control system) in order to guarantee the implementation of financial control scheme;finally draw the conclusion: any kind of enterprise group financial control mode has its own characteristics, has itsown advantages and disadvantages, in the choice of financial control mode, should consider two main effects,combined with "time" and "space" factor, financial management and control design for Kangqiao groupdevelopment. Through this study, hope to resolve the problems in financial management, also hope to providesome reference for the development of enterprise financial management.
