The pilot is the first productivity, the airline the talent team construction directly influences the success or failure of the airline development, directly determine the air transport safety and efficiency. Since2004the state shall implement a civil aviation market reform, the airline pilots increasingly serious brain drain phenomenon, become the industry a very real and important issues. At present, the domestic airline pilot basic situation of brain drain? What causes the pilot talent flow? How to take targeted measures to control the airline pilots brain drain? With these problems, we H airlines, for example, probes into the pilot, the brain drain problem, in order to correct understanding and scientific and rational response to the airline pilots brain drain problem put forward a proposal for reference.In this paper, the author as a senior of China civil aviation some airlines flight captain faculty, the aviation industry is very understanding, at the same time, with several departures pilot is familiar with the colleagues for many years, access to losses in the pilot is true and accurate data and information. Currently, the problem of brain drain on the pilot study of literature is very few, therefore, in this paper, the research has great theoretical and practical significance.This subject adopts the questionnaire investigation, literature research and the research methods of individual interview method, the pilot on the value and position of civil aviation, H airlines pilots brain drain current situation, reasons and countermeasures are studied. Studies suggest that the pilot in the airline in high scarcity, high value and the value and status of the backbone; Pilot brain drain degree level is high, mainly in the ages of30-50, flying at the high-end of the pilot and flight instructor brain drain is given priority to, most choose to go to the aviation market after departure of central and eastern regions of private airlines; Their loss to the company’s pilot talent team construction, safety operation level, image and brought important influence on operating costs. H airline pilot there are many reasons for brain drain, both the company’s own reason, also have external causes. Among them, the company is the main internal reason. To solve these problems, this paper suggests to improve the level of the pilot management refinement, first try pilot management of national policy, building perfect pilot career management, optimizing adjustment of effective incentive mechanism, etc.
