The H bank has been established for6years. During this period of time, while facing the fierce competition from the same industry, the enterprise continues to grow. In order to enhance the competitiveness of enterprise, it continues to attract a large number of talents. In this environment, enterprise employee’s performance management becomes very important. In this paper, the author tries to work out a set of methods to adapt to the development of the enterprise staff performance management.In this paper, the author analysis the performance management theory, then divided the performance management process as follows:making performance management plan, performance management program implementation, evaluation and communication, performance management results.Firstly, in this paper, the author introduced the existing problems of the performance management in The H bank and analyzes the causes of the problems.Secondly, the author analyzes the problems when taking the performance management, points out the difficulties of the implementation of performance management, recommends the successful case: performance management in Motorola, performance management in Zeiss optics. Then this paper designs a performance management system for the H bank.Finally, the author aims at the enterprise performance management problems, puts forward some suggestions for improvement。author analyses the difficulties might be encountered in the improvement of performance management, such as facing the bureaucratic problems, being difficult to concentrate resources to focus on the improvement of performance management, blocking from some stakeholders etc. And author also puts forward the corresponding methods to overcome these difficulties.
