To improve working performance of workers is the most direct objective for humanresource management. The result for performance evaluation, to a large degree thatdetermines whether it gets an expectant impact, shows the core objective directly. Itbecomes, therefore, a vane to guide different kinds of functions of human resourcemanagement, some of which correspondingly gives a new demand for the system ofperformance evaluation. Thus, it is whether or not the way of performance evaluationjudge performance levels of employees in a correct aspect that decides if functions ofhuman resource management lead a full part.Electric supply enterprises currently shift from the traditional personnel managementto the modern one. An important theme for our enterprises is how to make the performanceevaluation of electric supply enterprises align with famous ones all around the world. Inaddition, the paper earnestly presents an objective analysis about existent problems andreasons of their birth in the course of performance evaluation of employees in the JTelectric supply company. With the basic theory of the modern performance assessment, it isoptimizing the theoretic approach of performance evaluation and its correspondingcountermeasure for employees in the JT electric supply company that comes into being.Aiming at the current performance evaluation of employees in the JT electric supplycompany, the paper lastly shows exploring measures for improvement and the prospect.
