CH Institute Development Strategy Research

CH Institute, a private enterprise with national Class A planning qualification, engages on research on land sciences theory and application of land investigation, planning, survey, evaluation and consolidation etc. in Hainan Province。 Since the establishment in1998, CH Institute has been in a leading position in land related industry in Hainan。 In recent years, on account of land resources management’s strengthening given by the country, industry related working scopes’ enlarging, improving of requirements on business quality, GIS technology’s popularizing and speeding up of program’s update, great changes has happened to enterprise’s external economy environment, industry environment and enterprise’s internal management. Facing others enter and gradually fiery market competition, how to seize opportunities, meet challenges and promote developments has became the serious task needed to solve by top management of CH Institute urgently。 So, research on CH Institute’s development strategy has great guiding significance and realistic value。This article uses the literature study and theory with practical research methods,and objectively analyze internal and external environments and the advantages owned by CH Institute, and then putts forward development strategy and implement’s safeguard measures suitable for CH Institute.
