The medium-sized and small enterprises in China have gone though 30 years golden period for development,but then the economic environment is becoming worse and worse,and how to make them continue to maintain the survival and healthy development is an important proposition for the government and the enterprises.From the comprehensive analysis of development pattern of the small and medium-sized enterprise,we can see that the problem that only appear in development strategy of large enterprise,also appear in the small and medium-sized enterprises.Solving their problem in development strategy will be much more important,besides they are under the macro-control of the government's policy guidelines.Theoretically,we see strategic management is mainly for the large enterprises,but not for the small and medium-sized enterprises for it is a waste of time and energy.However,with the development of global economy,small and medium-sized enterprises have entered the strategy-win-era.In other words,the strategic orientation is the key to the survival and development of the small and medium-sized enterprises.For a long time,the strategic management for the small and medium-sized enterprise does not get enough attention.At the same time,even though there are some small and medium-sized enterprise owns the consciousness of strategy management,otherwise their strategic management level is still in the lower level,and still lack of long-term strategic planning ideas,and lack of comprehensive consideration of strategy.The strategic decisions are often inconstant in policy,and lack of stability.The strategic management is often limited to industrial field and it is very difficult to breakthrough.In short,due to the lack.of the theory and skill of the strategy management,the small and medium enterprises is still in the loose state owning a superficial knowledge for strategy management.Shaanxi HS Fresh Fruit Juice Co.,Ltd.is a China-foreign joint venture enterprise,and it is a listed in Hong Kong.Since 1996 when the company was founded,the average sales growth averagely remains above 60%.With the disorderly expansion of industry capacity,the rapid rise in labor and raw material costs,Shaanxi HS Fresh Fruit Juice Co.,Ltd faces the same problem that the industry meet which is the profits falling sharply,the survival and development environment worsening.After careful studying of internal and external opportunities and threats,Shaanxi HS Fresh Fruit Juice Co.,Ltd has established the transformation and diversified business strategy immediately,and organized it effectively.Under the effort above,the profitability has achieved great promotion,and brand value has grown steadily.The long-term strategic management theory and ability indicates the enterprises the right direction for its survival and development.This paper takes Shaanxi HS Fresh Fruit Juice Co.,Ltd as an example.It has analyzed the competitive environment of this industry,and study how the company to formulate and implement the company strategy,business strategy and function strategy while facing the enterprise strategic management.Through careful analysis of the industry,the internal resources and ability of the company,the author has summarized and explored the development strategy of the company which is being implemented now,and put forward the strategic principle and implementation suggestions.
