Small and medium-sized technology enterprise has become one of the most youthful vivid part of the economic groups, It is necessary in the development of national economy, it can’t be replaced in the development of the global economy. In our country, with the rapid development of economy, the role of small and medium-sized enterprises has been acknowledged by the society, especially the small and mid-sized technology enterprise, has become the key factor of creating economic miracle. However, as the competitive environment is becoming severer and severer, the small and medium-sized technology enterprises face enormous survival pressure. It is particular important for the small and medium-sized technology enterprises to draw up effective development strategies, improving the core competence of enterprises, according to the external and internal environment. Shijiazhuang LT Technology Co., LTD., was founded in 2001. In 2004, it transformed and upgraded to the security industry successfully. It has been committed to the security industry for more than ten years. Shijiazhuang LT Co., LTD., is the analysis and study object of this article. By detailedly analyzing the internal and external environment that the company is in, the article is trying to find out advantages and disadvantages of the company, chances and menace that the company confronts. And on this basis, combining with the company’s own characteristics, the article is trying to help LT Co., LTD., to win in the drastic industry competition.This article is guided by the enterprise strategic management theory. First, the macro environment(including the external environment, such as political, economic, social, technical and so on) of security industry is analyzed by using the way of PEST analysis. On the basis of the analysis of LT Co., LTD., internal resources, this article uses the way of SWOT analysis to further recognize the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats of LT Co. LTD. Based on these analyses, this article puts forward that LT Co. LTD. should adopt intensive growth strategies and focused differentiation competitive strategies, and confirms the steps of implementing the strategies. Finally, the article summarizes the conclusion of the research for this article, hopes the conclusion can be a reference for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises which are similar to LT Co. LTD.
