Facing the higher requirements of environmental protection at present, and it’s pollution to the environment has seriously limited the further development of concentrated fruit juice industry in our country. Face to the severe energy conservation and emissions reduction targets of "the twelfth five-year", concentrated fruit juice enterprise not only bearing the corresponding energy conservation and emission reduction tasks but it also has to combined with the actual situation of it’s enterprise to reduce the production cost and waste processing costs, to achieve better economic and environmental benefits. Therefore, according to the requirements of concentrated juice enterprise’s sustainable development strategy, it is imperative for concentrated juice enterprise to achieve the cleaner production’s energy saving, consumption reducing, pollution reducing, efficiency increasing tasks.
