ZX Post, a county enterprise, is in charge of local Postal business. Currently there are a series of problems exist in this enterprise such as the strategic objectives and the core competitivenessis are not claer, strategic measures are not specific,evaluation system is imperfect.The research on the ZX Post’s strategic management has important realistic significance to lead its future.In terms of research technique, this thesis lays stress on the investigation method,mathematical method,comparative analyzing method, then elaborates on the main point that the ZX Post needs three aspects of research-strategic analysis, strategic formulation, strategy implementation and evaluation based on the theory of strategic management.First,this thesis practices the PEST analysis,the IFE\EFE analysis,the baud five powers model theory to analyse and study the basic strategy of ZX Post-differentiation strategy,therefore puts forward the core competition theory based on these. Secondly,by swot analysis, the thesis extends SO, WO, ST, WT strategy and puts forward the strategic objective of ZX Post:supported by China Post’s brand advantage,network advantage,accelerating transformation of the development,constantly enhancing the core competitiveness and capacity building, ZX Post endeavors to develop itself into a modern conglomerate with an excellent benefits, strong talent team,powerful enterprise culture, as well as providing a full range of information, goods, capital service of modern post. Finally the thesis proposes the measures to promote the implementation of the strategy including relying on the brand advantage, strengthening the platform construction of core-competitiveness, promoting the product strategy and talent strategy system, perfecting the fine management strategy, building a harmonious enterprise culture.At the same time, the BSC and IFE\EFE analysis are used to build the strategic evaluation index system. The deep-going study of the thesis will help to solve the practical problems existing in ZX Post. Thesis leads to the conclusions that we must start from the study of core-competitiveness and get outstanding promotion of financial, customer, internal operation,and staff learning established in the product, personnel and management system to reach the ZX Post’s strategic objectives.
