A Study Of Talent Strategy Based On The Development Of Strategic Emerging Industries

The global economy is in a new round of adjustment,China's economic is in severe pressure of downward,the constraints of resources and environment is increasingly strengthened,the dividend of demographic is tending to be limited,the traditional engine of economic growth is gradually decaying,the development of strategic industries is emergency.Talent plays an important role in the new round of industrial revolution,as the core driving force of the strategic industries.As a large economic province,Jiangsu Province,is also facing lack of talent in strategic industry,quality of talent is not high enough.Firstly,The article analysis the characteristics and classification of talent in the strategic industry,and studies method of talent flow and incentive,put up the point:when the countries and regions want to attract talent in strategic industries,in addition to giving preferential treatment to talent,but also through the better opportunities,better living environment to attract talent.This paper discusses the positive effects of human capital in promoting the industrial economy.From a theoretical point of view,to make reasonable talent strategy of strategic industry is very important for the development of strategic industries.And the paper studies the concept and the characteristics of talent strategy,put up three basic modes of talent strategy of strategic industries:the talent strategy of the leading type,the talent strategy of overtaking and following the foreign countries.Then analyzed and summarizes present situation and the existing problems of the talent strategic in our country.Finally,combined with situation and the existing problems of the talent strategic in Jiangsu province and the personnel structures,put forward the optimization of talents strategy.
