| In recent years, the domestic independent enterprise in the automotive market is developing rapidly. Meanwhile, it has to face the severe challenges from the WTO. In order to enhance the auto competitive power, we must improve the qualities of the automotive interior. When we research on the production of automotive interior systems, in addition to using the three basic theories as interior management, interior design and interior production, mostly, we have to depend on the computer system to get the relevant data. Combined with the statistical theoretical knowledge, we should focus on the analysis of those factors affecting the quality of interior production and then improve it effectively. This thesis is divided into four parts.The first part is the literature review section, containing the research background, the relevance theory, and the company profile of Jinxing automotive interior decoration co., ltd.The second part is the mainly introduction of the lean production, VDA development tool, the theory of Six Sigma management in the product design and application of the company in actual production.The third part details the DMAIC method of Six Sigma in Minitab software how to improve the various parameters in the production process in details, meanwhile to improve the product qualified rate as30%, so as to reduce the cost of the company and increase the customer’s satisfaction.The fourth part is the conclusion, summarizing the statistical process control methods in the production of reducing cost level played a key role, and the measures should be taken into by operator. What’s more, by the introduction of the advanced foreign management experience, we will learn and refine the management process suitable for Chinese conditions, thus to make the company develop rapidly, become the supplier of BMW, Mercedes-Benz and other high-end customers, as a result in an invincible position among the fierce market competition. |
