Through in-depth research and analysis on production quality management status of X Multi-Varieties and Small-Batch Manufacturing Company, so as to find out many problems of company management, such as: unstable production quality, low production efficiency, poor execution, low working enthusiasm and weak quality awareness. It affects the quality management of workshop, increases the manufacturing cost of products, greatly restricts the development of enterprises. In order to improve the situation, X company proposes the improvement measures of Lean Six Sigma management, which will adapt to the development of X company. We optimize the production quality management of X company according to the DMAIC implementation process, that is define, measure, analyze, improve and control, to achieve the following improving effect: staff work actively and develop the continuously improve consciousness, perfect and reasonable management system, efficient production, stable product quality and so on, it achieves primly the breakthrough of “1+1>2”, because of integration of Lean Six Sigma management. Firstly, this paper briefly reviews on the current situation of multi-varieties and small-batch manufacturing industry in Chinese and the application trend of Lean Six Sigma management by reading a large number of the relevant references and making field investigation. Secondly, the analysis on advantages and disadvantages of X Multi-Varieties and Small-Batch Manufacturing Company by SWOT model, which convincingly argues the necessity and feasibility of the introduction of Lean Six Sigma management. Then, it makes full preparation for the introduction of Lean Six Sigma management combining with the current situation. Finally, it makes a elaboration on implementation of the cs body improvement project in detail combining MINITAB quality analysis software, makes a effect evaluation of combination of qualitative and quantitative by using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation method, and analyses the deficiencies in the implementation process. The Lean Six Sigma management has achieved great success in quality management optimization of X company, matters needing attention and the improving methods in the operation process has certain reference significance for other multi-varieties and small-batch manufacturing enterprises.
