Research On Application Of Lean Production Of DT Heavy Industry Based On ERP

With the development of economic globalization, enterprises face with fierce competitive environment increasingly. The competition pressure forces enterprise to improve the production process continuously. And reducing production cost is a important way for enterprises to cope with competition. Recently, the practice of Lean Production shows that LP can effectively reduce production costs and enhance the competitiveness. Enterprise resource planning, ERP as a platform, make LP’s advantage more prominent. And LP can play a co-evolutionary advantage based on ERP.Currently, Study domestic and overseas abroad has achieved fruitful research results about lean production and lean production in supply chain environment, which provides a rich theoretical basis for the case studies in this article.Taking DT Heavy Industry as the research object, this paper further researches the present situation of DTHI, teases out existing problems and inductive cause in DT Company. Under the ERP environment, we optimize design the system level and process level of DT Heavy Industry lean production. At the lean production system management, lean production of DT Heavy Industry will be designed optimize from three levels:organization structured based on function integration, information organization optimization based on fusion mode of the network, and purchasing and production plan combination based on the method of JIT. At the inventory management process, lean production will be designed optimize in three dimensions:lean production optimization based on the collaborative management of production and supply, the distribution mode of material based on collaborative and hierarchical, and workshop management based on6S theory.Under the ERP environment, after the redesign of lean production of DT Heavy Industry from the lean production system management and lean production management process levels: the integration of the corporate sector functions and multi-sectoral resource advantage, realization of the collaboration production management decision-making.. At the same time the company decision for the lean production will be to develop in the direction of systematic and co-ordinated. All in all, lean production management system is designed from the system level and process level, which will realize the optimization of lean production, reduce the production costs of DT Heavy Industry significantly, make a foundation for supply chain integration of DT Heavy Industry, and improve the competitiveness of DT Heavy Industry.
