The Research On Lean Design Management Oriented To The Home Appliance Manufacturing Enterprises

The development achievement of lean production theory is obvious to people in the field of production, but its defect of dabble narrow range is difficult to adapt to the development of modern enterprises. Therefore, extending to the front end of the industrial chai and developing to the longitudinal enterprise management is the inevitable trend of the development of lean production. For this reason, this paper will study the lean design management theory from two aspects of the advantages of lean production and design management, propose the lean design management model and apply the improved model to home appliances manufacturing enterprises. At last, the paper will do practical analysis using a certain product of a hot water heater manufacturing enterprises as an example. The concrete research contents are as follows:Firstly, the research will both expand and extend the concept of lean production through in-depth analysis of the lean production theory and explore the concept of lean design under the new historical conditions. The paper will focuse on the analysis of the difference between lean design and traditional industrial design as well as the ideas of modern design and its unique characteristics. In addition, the author will find the lean design concept expand from lean production which is suitable for China's basic national conditions from the objective need of product design, production, recovery based on the current reality of the extreme shotage of natural resources and rich human resource in our country.Then, the paper will resarch lean design management starting from viewpoint of the designmanagement with the latest research results of design management as the foundation, which iscombined with knowledge of lean design. Besides, the study will carry on the analysis lean designmanagement of existing enterprise to propose the improved lean design management modelaccording to the result of analysis.Finally, the research will doing design practice according to the above improved lean design management model. It will take home appliances manufacturing enterprises lean design management theory as a basic for the practice of the lean design management from the home appliance manufacturing enterprise oriented perspective which takes a water heater manufacturing enterprises from all aspects of the product whole life cycle of one product of design, packaging, product manufacturing, transportation to the final recovery as an example. Through the design practice, it will validate the feasibility and the necessity of the lean design management oriented to the home appliance manufacturing enterprises.The results of this study can provid a new road for Chinese home appliance manufacturing enterprises to transform from extensive production model to focusing on brand, paying attention to the the additional value and the humanistic spirit of the products. In addition, the research will also give new impetus to the development of traditional lean production design and bring a new development direction for design management which has a certain reference value for Chinese business and academic circle of the design management.
