The Case Research Of Human Resource Management In The Period Of Hohhot Petrochemical Expansion Project

This thesis is a case study thesis in which the current management situation is set forth in human resource in the period of developing simultaneously of the former project and the present project of Expansion Alteration of5Million Ton per Year of Petrochina Hohhot Petrochemical Company,the issues existing in human resource management described,and how to resolve the issues illustrated as well.Enterprise competition is actually talents competition. Human resource is the first resource in the enterprise. If the staffs are excellent, the enterprise will be strong. Hohhot Petrochemical Company is the branch of CNPC. Its processing capacity is increased form1.5million to5million. The changes of external environment and internal environment lead to many new problems in terms of human resource management. The new problems need the researchers to answer, that the enterprise can develop healthily and sustainably. In this context, how to play a role in the development becomes our challenge in this stage. The paper is based on the results of previous studies, and combined with my practical experience in the enterprise. I hope the research and analysis of this issue can offer a helpful guidance to the human resource management in the enterprise.In this paper,by analyzing the current situation of human resource of Petrochina Hohhot petrochemical Company,we have dissected that how to do a good job in human resource management under the enterprise strategy guidance.And by the theory of human resouce management,organizational behavior etc,human resource management project of the parallel period are discussed,the withdrawal and mobility of surplus personnel were considered,for solving issues of employing during the parallel period,raising efficiency of human resource management,achieving the maximization of human resource value.
