Study On Competitiveness Of New Energy Enterprises Background Low-Carbon Economy

In the background of global climate change,"low-carbon economy" has become an increasing concern around the world. In present, developing the low-carbon economy is common recognized by the world. In recent years, the proposal of low-carbon economy has provided precious opportunity for the development of the new energy enterprises, at the same time, improve the pace of development quickly, which have promoted district economy of development. With the development of the worldwide focus on the new energy enterprises, more and more countries have pay attention to the development of new energy enterprises. Meanwhile, the competitiveness of enterprise as a vector of the development of the enterprises embedded in the process of the development of the low-carbon economy in many ways. It has a significant and far-reaching strategic significance to developing the low-carbon economy in Tianjin and promoting the energy structure transformation and upgrading.Firstly, on the basis of combing the literature, this article defines the meaning of competitiveness of new energy enterprises in the background of low-carbon economy. And then, compared with domestic and foreign countries, this article described the condition and the problems existed in the new energy enterprises. Secondly, on the basis of research and analysis of the new energy enterprises in Tianjin, this article selects the typical one-Lishen Battery Company, aimed at exploring the path to enhance the competitiveness of new energy enterprises. What is more, this article studies the advantages, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of new energy enterprises in Tianjin, using strategic analysis (SWOT analysis) and Michael Porter’s Five Forces Model analysis on the basis of the present situation in detail. At last, this article proposed some corresponding countermeasures based on the main problems existed in the development of the new energy enterprises in Tianjin.
