Quality Management Of New Ideas

This project analyzed the reasons that caused quality management issues in state-owned enterprises. These reasons include organizational form fault, management chain broken, duty unclear between production and quality management, aging of the product structure, weaken in technical capacity, low skilled personnel, lack of training, chaos in reward and punishment mechanism, equipment fault, etc. Therefore, the solutions of these issues were elaborated here. The institutional responsibilities problem could be solved by reshaping the management structure and stating clear the responsibilities at all levels. The quality of the products could be improved by R&D in new formulations and quality research. The quality of personnel and areward/punishment could be adjusted to a new and long-term rewarding system as well as feasible and reasonable reward and punishment mechanism. It was also important to strengthen the sense of quality reflect the advanced nature of the pharmaceutical equipment. The final goal of those improvements should enhance the level of quality management.
