Large Project Quality Assurance System Of Research

The construction of large-scale projects needs to consume a large amount of manpower, material, financial and social resources. So the quality and quality management of large-scale projects have been concerned by building practitioners and the community. At the same time, the quality of large-scale projects is affected by the implementation of quality institution. So in order to ensure the quality of large-scale projects, a quality assurance institution system should be set up in this paper.Firstly, basing on the research of Quality Management Theory, Quality Assurance Theory, New Institutional Economics Theory and so on, the quality assurance institution system, which makes contract system as the core, the legal system as the basis, project internal management institution system as the refinement, project quality culture as the supplement has been set up in this paper.Secondly, each part of the institution system has been studied. The quality assurance legal system that makes quality assurance institution as the core, the laws as the basis, the department regulations and industry standards as the extension has been established. Three types of contract structure have been summarized, and the quality assurance effect of each contract structure and contract pricing has been analyzed. The construction process of large-scale project has been elaborated and contract structure, bidding mode, contract types and text selection and contract risk allocation have been planned. In order to ensure the effective implementation of legal system and contract system, the project internal management institution system has been established. The limitations of the formal system have been analyzed, the necessity of quality culture has been demonstrated, and the measures to create project quality culture have been proposed.Finally, basing on the theoretical study and combining specific characteristics of engineering examples, the quality assurance institution system of the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway has been analyzed. So the earlier research findings have been verified, and the analysis has played a positive role in guiding engineering practice.
